Description
FILA MP90 Eco Xtreme sealant is specially formulated to fill microscopic holes on natural stone and porcelain tiles. This helps prevent penetration of oil, water, and grease. Sealers cannot stop “acid erosion” from bleach, detergents, lemon juice, and other highly acidic or alkaline fluids so please exercise care.

Boutique Stone helped me to source the exact tile that I was after, even though it's not something they normally stock. Takwirira also helped me with speaking to my tiler regarding adhesive, grout, backer boards and waterproofing our bathroom. Free Samples
Most free Samples deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail in a beautiful box that fits through your letterbox. You will not need to sign for it or stay home.
Standard delivery
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days from the date of your order. You will need to stay in to check and accept your order. You will be given notice of the delivery by text and call alerts on the day. Our standard delivery is kerbside but we are happy to quote for Premium Assisted Services.
To minimise our impact on the environment, we deliver using Palletways – a leading third party express palletised freight network widely used in the industry. Pallet trucks cannot move on grass, gravel, or sand since they need a hard-standing surface. The pallets or crates will be delivered to the nearest hard standing ground to the property, which Is often the kerbside.
Next Day
Our next-day delivery order cutoff is 1pm. You will need to stay in to check and accept your order. You will be given notice of the delivery by text and call alerts on the day. Our standard delivery is kerbside but we are happy to quote for Premium Assisted Services.

PLEASE NOTE
Pallet trucks cannot move on grass, gravel, or sand since they need a hard-standing surface. The pallets or crates will be delivered to the nearest hard standing ground to the property, which Is often the kerbside.
To minimise our impact on the environment, we deliver using Palletways – a leading third party express palletised freight network widely used in the industry. Your order will arrive on a 7.5t or 18t lorry. If there are any delivery restriction, please let us know at checkouts in the box for Delivery Instructions. If there are hazards, obstructions, uneven ground (gravel, sand, grass) this may necessitate the delivery being made to the nearest practical location for the delivery vehicle. If goods are required to be broken down or discharged by the driver this will need to be arranged in advance with our Premium Assisted Delivery service. We strongly suggest taking caution when unpacking to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes or tiles and use proper manual handling techniques as they can be heavy. Safety first!
